You must use, at a minimum, your textbook and three additional sources from professional and/or peer reviewed journals for a total of four references. Your research brief should be formatted as follows:
Introduction to the topic.
Why the topic was selected.
Significance of the topic to HRD.
Presentation/discussion/analysis of your research on the topic.
Summary of what you learned about the topic as a result of your research.
