There should be five distinct sections to the SWOT Analysis: 1) Discuss 1-2 strengths, 2) Discuss 1-2 weaknesses, 3) Discuss 1-2 opportunities, 4) Discuss 1-2 threats, 5) a summary analysis comparing strengths and weaknesses to opportunities and threats.
Each section should be 2-3 paragraphs in length. The summary analysis should provide an overall view of the brand relative to consumers and competitors by analyzing how the internal strengths and weaknesses you have identified in section 1 and 2 align with the external threats and opportunities you discussed sections 3 and 4.
The idea is that you pick the most important strengths, weaknesses, etc. to discuss in your opinion – and state why you think they are the most important, etc. The goal of SWOTS are to prioritize – so not to pick just any random strengths, weaknesses, etc. to talk about – but those that you believe are the most important ones upon which the brand should focus in its marketing strategy – and justify your selection(s) in your write-up.
